Cramp Bark Capsules

I've been using this product for years and my local store always has trouble keeping it in stock. It works wonders for me.

I am using SOTT Crampbark for chronic muscle cramps in the pelvis/ hip/ lower back area, which are the result of intestinal surgery. I will never be without this product, as it literally saves my quality of life.

I bought this the first time a couple years ago. Each capsule had a higher dose than it does now, by about 100mg. The capsules were gelatin, which was perfect for me because of all my food allergies. I did love the product then, though I didn't need it often. Now, when I really do need it, and and for a longer period of time, I discover the dose is lower, and the company can't tell me the specific plant source of the capsules, because they said they don't know. It was the only single ingredient cramp bark capsules I could find, so I bought it again, but I have to take it out of the capsule to ingest it, which is inconvenient. Still works though I can tell the dose per capsule is lower. I will buy it again, but mainly because I haven't been able to find another company that has it single ingredient.
