I had submitted a review for the quinine "tincture" a while ago. I decided to switch to the capsules. Both work very well for leg cramps. I was having them almost nightly. Since I started taking the tincture or now the capsules, they both work great. My doctor had recommended I drink tonic water, but there is too much sugar in tonic water and I don't drink any "sugar free" beverages. I did a search on Secrets of the Tribe and found quinine here. A great product and I have been recommending it to my friends.
