Powerful stuff, I suffer from a very long/irregular cycle with lots of pms symptoms. When I take this daily, the difference is huge. I went from a 44 day cycle to a 29 day cycle and pms symptoms decreased by a lot.

Strong Product, Just Be Aware
I am just shy of 40 and was still on the pill simply to regulate my cycles. I wanted to get off the pill and was planning on doing so a few weeks before I purchased this product. I started using it with one active week of pills left. I got my cycle within a few days, so this is a strong product that really does work. I just caution women not to use it while on the pill as it may through you off a bit. For now, Ive stopped using it until my cycles have a chance to do what they will do naturally. If they start getting all over the map again when I've been off the pill for a few months, then I will use this again because it for sure works!
