I bought the Milk Thistle when I had an issue with my back which was affecting my urinary track. I am so glad I did. The last thing I need is to have a problem going to the bathroom! Within a week my issue cleared up but just to be on the safe side I will be taking it weekly. I also put a few stops in my dogs water. They are playing like puppies! I began giving this to my husband who has developed liver NASH. After taking this for 2 months for the first time in several years his liver levels had improved and where almost normal. He is now off all blood pressure, diabetic medications (including insulin), cholesterol meds, everything.
I read online that this might be the cure for cholesterol problems. In a couple months my dr will have cholesterol levels checked to see if taking this helps.
