I’m using this mainly for my 69 yo knees & hips. In a short period of time I’ve noticed some improvement. I’m moving easier some days, longer strides, less pain. I believe the improvement will increase over time.

I've had several joints hurting for many years. After the first three days I started noticing many of my joints where feeling better. By the end of the first week I don't have any pain in any of my joints. I've stepped back to twice a day from the three I started with for the first week. Hoping it continues to work.
The flavor of each of the three tinctures I bought is really distinct. They all taste pretty good for medicinal tinctures. I've been using them for a couple of weeks now, so I'll have to wait and see if there are any real advantages.

I purchased this because it had lots of good ingredients that can help with pain and since there are no fillers and junk I felt good about trying it. As I type this I had taken it a couple of hours ago for the arthritis pain in my hands and wrists and it really took the edge off. Can the tincture also be applied (i.e., rubbed on) to the joint? Would it penetrate through the skin and help lessen the joint pain?

The suggested use is 0.7 ml (30 drops or 1 full squeeze of the dropper) with 2 fluid ounces of water or your favorite juice 1 to 3 times a day. It's best to take it directly from the dropper if you can tolerate the taste from the tincture, and keep the tincture in your mouth for 10-15 seconds before swallowing.
