Still waiting to see maximum effects, but it does seem to help me relax a bit. I've only been using it for about a week, not the three times a day as recommended on the bottle since I mainly got it for nighttime use. The scent is quite strong and not very pleasant, but the taste isn't as bad as the smell. It even has a hint of sweet tea when mixed with water. Quick delivery too. Will update my review after using it for a longer time.

Both my hubby and I use this every evening before hitting the hay. It really aids us in falling asleep and staying asleep throughout the night. I don't experience any dizziness or strange sensations, just a sense of relaxation and readiness for sleep. We'll definitely be purchasing this again!!

I am so pleased with this product. It helps me relax and get into my sleep state quickly. I have been taking over the counter sleep pills but this tincture works better for me and I feel much better about taking this than the pills.

Helped sleep deeper

I take this tincture with melatonin before I sleep each night. I take two droppers direct into my mouth, and hold under tongue for a couple minutes. After a couple weeks I can say that it is helping me to sleep deeper, stay asleep longer, and I feel refreshed in the morning. It tastes earthy, but sweet.

Dream Secret is a wonderful relaxing sleep product that is exceptional. I reordered two this time. I'm committed.
The glass bottle and paper container are perfect. But it arrived in a plastic mailing container which concerned me and was unnecessary. I messaged the company about that and didn't receive a reply. That is my only disappointment but it's a significant one given my commitment to eliminating plastic.

This extract solution is fantastic. From my experience, it definitely outperforms a regular valerian extract.

I just started using this about 1 week ago. I still wake up but seem to be able to go back to sleep in awhile. Stressed! I will see in time.

Dream Secret. Restful Sleep Formula

I purchased Dream Secret for my 93 year old mom. She has Alzheimer’s disease. It has given her a calm demeanor. It does help with sleep but she still doesn’t sleep well. But I do like the product.

Dream Secret is a fine tasting herbal liquid that helps me sleep.

I'M SUCH A LIGHT SLEEPER with a brain that just won't quit. Falling asleep isn't my problem, it's staying asleep—especially in the morning. My mind is always racing, and I tend to "worry myself awake." It's beyond frustrating!

I usually turn to RidgeCrest Herbs DreamOn Zen formula for some relief. I typically take TWO doses since my mind can easily power through the herbs and keep me awake. But let me tell you, with this product, I took two doses and enjoyed a solid night's sleep, even in the morning hours. Woohoo! Plus, I'm having these amazing, vivid dreams that I absolutely adore.

The only downside, which I honestly don't mind and don't really see as a negative, is that compared to DreamOn Zen, it doesn't help me doze off faster. Falling asleep isn't something I struggle with, but I do notice that DreamOn Zen somehow makes me feel sleepier and helps

This is heavy stuff so I recommend people take it only on nights that they really need to get a deep sleep. The taste is great by the way. I recommend this and give you guys a great rating.
