Actually seemed to help with vein issues. Took only one a day though. Should always start slow so your body figures out how to use it. Didn't have any flavor I noticed, didn't mess with my gut (although not much bothers me I think). I'd recommend this for sure, I plan on getting another bottle or two for if I ever have a relapse in what I'm taking it for.
