I was so skeptical I almost didn’t buy it. I’m 100% glad I did. I’m 49 and have had PMS & cramps so bad some days I cannot function. It does stink but even mixed with water it doesn’t taste bad. Great solution for monthly problems

I've had debilitating monthly pain for years. I was a little worried I was hoping too hard that this would be a magical solution and it turned out to all but solve my problem. Ive only used it for one cycle, but it made it so I was functional. It's a tad annoying that you have to drink it fairly frequently ( the one dose mixed with juice as it smells like the stinkiest socks)but compared to having pain so bad I've had to call out of work routinely? I'd eat a sock if I thought it would help. This did wonders for my pain and you can't even taste it mixed with a strong tasting juice. Way more than any pain medicine has ever done for me. Thank you!

It's best to take it directly from the dropper if you can tolerate the taste from the tincture, and keep the tincture in your mouth for 10-15 seconds before swallowing.
