Although it's too early to completely have the effects of the red ginseng as I have been consuming it for only 2 weeks and 30 days is the full effect range, I do notice the beginnings of its effect. I was pleasantly surprised with the pleasant taste because I had imagined it to I'd have to get used to it---like the cod liver oil I took as a kid or my current daily dose of apple cider vinegar. I look forward to getting to the 30 days and then beyond to see what happens.
