What is the shelf life of this tincture once opened, and should it be kept in the fridge?

Thank you for your question! Our liquid tinctures have a shelf life of 6 years when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 6 months.

Refrigeration is optional. For best storage, keep the tincture in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

How much of the tincture should I take? 0.7 ml doesn’t seem to contain enough to help.

Thank you for your question!
As it is mentioned on the label, the suggested use is 0.7 ml (30 drops or 1 full squeeze of the dropper) with 2 fluid ounces of water or your favorite juice 1 to 3 times a day.
It's best to take it directly from the dropper if you can tolerate the taste from the tincture, and keep the tincture in your mouth for 10-15 seconds before swallowing.
Or, if you want to be more precise, normally it is 1 drop for every 2 lbs.
