I had my doubts when I ordered this product until I saw normal readings. It really is working
My blood pressure was running higher than I would like it to be. So I decided to try this blend, and it works great! It took about a month and a half, to get it from 147/91 to 122/70, but what a wonderful and easy way to do it, with no pharmaceuticals! (So no side effects!) The key is being able to absorb this liquid formula versus having to take pills! Tastes fine, too! I’m happy!
I just finished a 2oz. bottle and it seem to have improved my BP numbers. I found that you have to take it at least 3 times per day, a full 1ml. My recommendation, only get tinctures that use alcohol carrier. I personally don't like any tinctures that use glycerin, there are not as effective and seem to react negative for me. I just ordered 4oz bottle w/alcohol carrier. Begin slowly if your new to Tinctures. Good Stuff.
My systolic was 160+/80+ before taking Blood Pressure Secret. Now is 119/73.
great product so far...didnt notice a spike in my blood sugar, however, if you are diabetic you need to make sure your numbers are at a good level to expect this formula to work for you. high blood sugars have an effect on your blood pressure. don't expect a big change if you're not doing your part such as changing your diet a little exercise a little if a diabetic try and make sure ur levels are normal before checking your BP. I didn't make drastic changes I just make sure I eat more healthy food than unhealthy during the week (i still have my fried foods and greasy burgers) exercise 20min a day a walk up an down the stairs or around the block or 100 squats day and night or even non stop cleaning your house rather than taking breaks in between. my blood pressure went from hypertension stage 2 to prehypertension in 20 days. I have to state I wasn't consistent with the formula but there was a great change in my BP that I will reorder.
The alcohol free formulas were too sweet for my diabetes. One if my bottles were defected. I did notice a slight drop in my blood pressure but I had to discontinue taking them due to my spike in blood sugar.
