I was hoping this would help with inflammation in my entire body from fibro but so far the inflammation is getting so severe it's crippling. I hope that if I keep using this it improves this pain and not another false hope.

If you're like me and got here because another app said this could be a game-changer for your IBS, be cautious. It might work wonders if you have IBS-C, but it could be a disaster if you have IBS-D. I'm not a medical professional, but I wish I had known this earlier to avoid the potential mess. Just trying to spare someone else the embarrassment and the need to replace not only pants and underwear but also socks and shoes. Yep, even the shoes!

I've been using simples (natural herbs) for the past 30 years. This product definitely works, but it's wise to start slowly with all herbal products. They typically show results over a span of 3-6 months. I've tried red root and self-heal in the past. Just a heads up, make sure to keep an eye on your teeth! In my experience, I recommend starting with half the suggested amount and mixing it in at least a glass of water when taking it. Results should be noticeable within 30 days. I happen to have a cyst on my right testicle, and with the regular dose, I could feel the product target that area. It wasn't painful, but I could sense it in my liver as well. Adjusting the dosage down made things progress more smoothly.My tip: Begin with one pill a day and gradually increase the amount. If you experience any discomfort, scale it back. Seems to be working well, I'll keep using it. I had a really bad cut on my finger that usually heals pretty quickly, but it seems like this product sped up the healing process. It also acts as a good natural antibiotic, which is why I decided to get it.

There is only one other brand that makes these in capsule form. I've been using the other brand for almost a year now decided to try this brand because of a better value even though the mg is a bit lower. Turns out the healing effects are a lot faster than the other brand (maybe because this is organic?). I'm very happy will continue to use!
