You can feel this tincture working in just a few minutes, a subtle calm, not knock out drops. Works as should. I am very pleased with all tinctures I have tried so far. Thank you for making such a high quality product

Can feel effects within an hour but I do have a fast metabolism. I take two full dropper doses (2 x 0.75 - the dropper only fills to the 0.75 mark) as needed throughout the day (2 or 3 times a day on average). Helps to take the edge off anxiety for both my adult son and myself. We have not experienced any ill effects. Taste of tincture is ok as well, not too bitter nor too sweet.

Calming and warming.

Not only is this calming for my severe anxiety, but it feels as though it warms from the inside. I like it.

very good sleeping aid

California Poppy and Valerian helps me to calm my body and mind and puts me asleep easily. Especially nervous tension are melting away soon after intake and it keeps me asleep the whole night. It seems like it's calming the urinary tract system too.

I occasionally have trouble getting back to sleep when I've gotten up to use the bathroom; this product allows me to return to sleep peacefully, without unwanted side-effects.
