I'm sure there will be folks who claim it's nonsense, but I'm actually enjoying it. Ended up purchasing 3 more bottles.
Background: I used to use a similar supplement from IWLife, but it went out of production way before covid and I couldn't find a replacement. Noticed the ingredients in this one and decided to give it a try, even though I didn't think it would compare to what I was used to, but thought why not. Just to clarify, it's not going to make you feel ecstatic and giddy, but it's subtle (like most good supplements). You hardly notice until a few weeks later when you realize you've been in a consistently good mood. Also, let's be clear, if you tend to be negative or are going through a rough time, it won't magically transform you.
