I began using this tincture after recovering from Covid-19 last year. I prefer to take it before bed since our bodies repair themselves while we sleep. I think it helps me take deeper breaths, which in turn helps bring my resting heart rate down to a range of 58 to 77.

I was experiencing sinus congestion in the middle of the night, possibly from the drought we had plus lots of pollen. This formula worked to keep my sinuses clear and open since the first day I used it. I believe I got the alcohol free tincture.
I have been taking this every day. I have cancer in my lungs and figured the lungs need all the help they can get to stay as healthy as possible. I got radiation and am coughing now. I can't say if it helps. I hope so. It tastes ok added to drinks like cranberry or pomegranate juice..

I bought this because I get bronchitis a couple times a year. Unfortunately, I didn’t look/order this until a couple weeks after my last bout w/it & have not used it so far. It did arrive quickly!
