I think I might have PCOS or higher testosterone levels due to extra hair growth and acne. I began taking this product daily around six weeks ago to help naturally regulate my hormones (along with some other natural plant-based supplements like black cohosh, DIM, cinnamon, probiotics, and additional daily intake of vitamin d & zinc). I've seen a clear improvement in my hormonal acne. I would suggest it to others dealing with similar problems. Give it a shot! The taste isn't bad, it's similar to an herbal/tea flavor.

Hi all, I wanted to share these comments to help any man looking for some relief from nightly bathroom runs. I am on my 5th bottle and going to reorder soon. I ran out about two months ago and waited two weeks before the re-order. Boy did I notice the difference. I went back to getting up 5 to 6 times a night vs only 2 to 3 depending on how much liquid I had before bed. The product tastes good and I take it by straight into the month and wait a few seconds. Finally, I tried other products and brands, and came to this product after reading the very positive reviews. Best to all.

I am somewhat new to prostate care but I do have a family history so I rather be safe than sorry. This is very pleasant and easy to take to be honest. The alcohol-free version is much better, I have tried both already and that's what I think.
