I like this formula, the weather has turned cold and I really like taking this formula to help my lungs and sinus during weather changes. The taste is mild, so you can take it directly in the mouth. It has some spicy flavors which help clear the respiratory tract. I pair it with sarsaparilla, we have used sarsaparilla herb in my family for years to help with sore throats, or loss of voice.
