I am using Carpal Secret at least once per day. I generally experience tingling and soreness in my wrists during the night because they are not "staying active". I find that Carpal Secret is an effective anti-inflammatory. I am thankful for an alternative to OTC's. I like all of the Secrets of the Tribe products that I have tried so far.
