Before even coming across Secrets of the Tribe's migraine forumula, I had found from my own years of experimenting that feverfew, ginger, and peppermint were very effective for my own migraine prevention. This is an effective combination of these and a few other helpful herbals. This product used to also contain butterbur, and I wish it still did, as I have also found that to be very effective. For me, lavender is also very effective, and I wish that was in here also. Even so, I have tried other combination formulas/products and this is still the most effective, for me, that I have found. Thank you.
I have migraines and this helps amazingly. I take it twice a day regularly and if I get an episode and/or migraine I take it and it truly helps reduce and eliminate them.

I am using this as a migraine preventative for 2 weeks now, AM and PM. So far no headaches. I would say it is successful! Had been using another company's capsules( with similar Ingrediants for years. This product seems more economical and I am tried of pills.
