Calm but not drugged
I found this product about two years ago and use it for occasional episodes of moderate anxiety and at night if I am having trouble falling asleep. It’s effective, gentle and non habit forming. I feel relaxed, not drugged. One of my daughters has also used it for episodes of moderate anxiety with the same result. I’ve only ever used this brand and highly recommend it.
