Gentian is a flowering perennial plant known botanically as Gentiana lutea, belonging to the Gentianaceae family. It's also commonly known as Great Yellow Gentian, bitter root, bitterwort, centiyane, genciana, pale gentian, feltwort" and gall weed. Gentian is native to the Alpine and sub-alpine pastureland of southern and central Europe and it grows up to 2 meters in height.

Amazing

This stuff tastes amazing! I've tried many different digestive bitters blends, but none taste as good, or as bitter as this. If you're after bitters, get this! The flavor is pretty close to neutral, and if there is a slight flavor, it is quite pleasant.
