Have not noticed any effect, good or bad, after one month of use. Taste is not extreme straight under tongue, I do not dilute tinctures (though of course you can). Will continue for another 2 months, as test time I use for new products is 3 months.

Produces deep sleep
I have been using this since last March. I originally bought it from Walmart online. Now directly from Secrets of the Tribe. Take it an hour before you are going to bed. When you do sleep you will fall into a very deep sleep. I am a light sleeper. After I take this it like I fell into a deep well. I have taken it at 10 PM and woke up at 1AM and it was like I slept for 6 hours. Now after I take it I generally sleep deep for 6 hours straight. I do notice that I do dream but I don't always remember them. Maybe because I sleep so deep with it. But I do like it anyway. No side effects at all.
