Bugleweed, scientifically known as Lycopus virginicus and commonly known as Virginia water horehound, the purple archangel, Egyptian's herb, Paul's betony, and green archangel, is a genus of perennial plants in the Lamiaceae family. Bugleweed is native to North America.
